Meet Siân
Siân believes movement is one of the most powerful things we can do for our quality of life, longevity and lasting wellness. When breath meets movement, it changes both body and mind.
Siân holds a BA in Human Movement Science with Honours in Biokinetics, and is a qualified and certified Pilates teacher. She completed her Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Mat Course and Comprehensive Course in 2007 and 2009 respectively, in South Africa. She taught at a classical Pilates studio in Dubai from 2011 to 2013, and has been teaching independently in Johannesburg since 2015. With 19 years of teaching behind her, she takes an individualised, attentive approach, so every session is built around the person in front of her.
Away from the studio, she's a mum of two boys and happiest on the move – running, padel, tennis, hockey, dancing, or a long walk in nature.
